Franco Hernandez’s mom left everyone in tears after she recalled the last few things that the late Hashtags member did in their house before he passed away.
Franco Hernandez passed away on Saturday afternoon on November 11, 2017, in a drowning incident in Davao Occidental.
The remains of the late Hashtags member is currently in the Arlington Chapel in Araneta Avenue and is open for public viewing on the dates November 13 to 16 before his remains are cremated on the 17th of November.
Franco’s girlfriend, Janica Nam Floresca, can’t stop crying in the wake of her boyfriend, while Franco’s mom recalled nothing but Franco last few happy memories with them.
According to Franco’s mom, Marissa Lumanlan, Franco is such a loving son to them and a brother to his sister.
“Si Franco is very loving, lalo na sa family niya, especially sa sister niya. Isa lang ang kapatid niyang babae. The last na (ginawa) niya bago siya namatay, nagbigay pa siya ng sandwich sa kuwarto niya and he texted his sister, ‘May sandwich ako para sa iyo, I love you.’
“He’s very loving. Even to me nagte-text siya, ‘Good night, I love you’, and everyday ‘yan,” Franco’s mom stated
Franco’s mom also stated that Franco told her that he wanted to go on a break since he’s tired from taping all the episodes of It’s Showtime since the hosts flew to New Zealand for Anne Curtis’ wedding.
“Because nga they taped several episodes, sabi lang niya na pagod na pagod lang siya, that’s why he needs a break. He’s going on a four-day vacation in Davao and unfortunately, this accident happened,” Marissa continued
Meanwhile, Franco’s mom thanked everyone who supported and loved her son.
“Sa lahat po sa inyo, maraming salamat sa mga messages niyo although unfortunately, we are not able to read all of them but we are thankful for everything.”
She also extended her gratitude towards ABS-CBN and the Cornerstone who managed Franco’s career.
